Shipping Policy

1.1 Delivery

• Orders are generally processed within 2 business days. However, this may change based on inventory availability. During times of high demand, we try to process orders within two weeks of order date.

• Standard shipping times are 3–7 business days. Once an order is shipped, it’s no longer in our hands–you must contact the carrier for details.

• In the event of a missing delivery, please allow up to 24 hours after the carrier marks your package as “delivered,” as it may still be in transit. If your delivery does not arrive within this timeframe, contact us, and we will work with you to provide either a replacement or a full refund.

1.2 Shipping Restrictions

• We ship within the continental United States.

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  
  

2. Age Verification

Our products are intended for individuals 21 years or older. During checkout, you will be asked to provide photo identification and selfie with your form of ID. 

2.1 Verification Process

• Customers must confirm their age at checkout.

We may refuse service if:

• Age cannot be verified.

• Fraudulent information is provided.
