Willie’s Remedy+ Refund & Return Policy

We’re dedicated to imagining a world where peace flows freely, hangovers are a thing of the past, and every sip brings clarity, calm, and connection. We want you to love your Willie’s Remedy+ purchase, and we’re committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied.

Because our products are perishable, returns are generally not accepted* unless the item is unopened and in its original condition.

If you’d like to request a refund or exchange, please reach out to us at hello@drinkwillies.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Snap a few clear photos if you can; it helps us see the full picture and get things sorted right away. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days. Note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Make sure to check in with us before sending anything back. If it comes back unannounced, we can’t refund or replace it; this keeps things easy and smooth for everyone. 

Rough Ride to Your Door?

If your bottle is damaged en route, send us a photo to hello@drinkwillies.com within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it free of charge! 

Whoops — did we grab the wrong thing off the shelf for ya? no worries! Just send us an email at hello@drinkwillies.com , and we’ll get the correct one shipped out to you right away. No need to send anything back—this one’s on us!

Please make sure that you double-check your order details before submitting. Once orders are placed, they are not able to be canceled; this also applies to all pre-sales. 

Wrong address? Don’t sweat it, send us the right info and we’ll do our best to catch it before your bottle hits the road.

Whether you’re on a canna-curious adventure or a seasoned enthusiast giving Willie’s a try for the first time, we’ve got your back with a 14-day “all is well” period. If you’re rethinking your order, no stress, we'll help smooth things out.

A couple things to keep in mind: all items should be unopened and in their original condition, and return shipping is on the buyer. Tried your order and it didn’t quite hit the mark? No problem, reach out and we’ll take care of you with a partial refund.

As each merch item is made to order, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Any requested changes must be submitted within one hour of purchase by contacting customercare@mainfactorcommerce.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
