1. Eligibility

The Willie’s can Subscription Cooler Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Willie’s Remedy+, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete both of the following during the Giveaway Period:

1. Purchase and start a new Willie’s can subscription.

2. Join the official Willie’s Outlaw Club Facebook Group.

Participants must complete both requirements to receive one eligible entry into the Giveaway.

Limit one entry per person. Existing Willie’s can subscribers are not eligible to enter unless they start a new qualifying subscription, as determined by Willie’s Remedy+.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on 9/01/2026 and ends on 9/15/2026 at 11:59 PM PT. All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

4. Prize

Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Custom Willie’s cooler.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted for another prize, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

5. Winner Selection

Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Potential winners will be contacted using the information provided at ordering. If a potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 48 hours, they may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Subscription Terms

A qualifying new Willie’s can subscription purchase is required to enter. Subscription pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, shipping, and other applicable subscription terms remain separate from this Giveaway and apply to all subscribers.

8. Facebook Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating, entrants release Facebook from any responsibility or liability related to the Giveaway.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Willie’s Remedy+, which are final and binding.

Willie’s Remedy+ reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions, provides false information, tampers with the entry process, or engages in fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate conduct.
